The single-family home with a total area of more than 380 square meters is a modern architectural project with a classic accent.

The first floor of 150 sq.m. is a formed as a separate establishment, part of the family business.

The decorative profiles of the windows are an expression of this wanted contrast with the natural and classic materials used at this height - the stone plinth and the bricks.

The living area is contained of open and shared spaces with a large indoor gallery. The highest part of the ceiling extends up to 5 m. A natural extension to the outside is the terrace with wooden decking. Here, too, the emphasis is on the combination of classics and modernity - glass railings carry the modern touch, while decorative wrought iron railings with rich detail - the classic.

The roof is made of black sheet metal, and the matte finish blends in with the natural look of the decorative brick.
