Kuker Hut

The fully renovated Kuker Hut consists of 10 rooms, each with a private bathroom, a shared area with a restaurant, an event hall for organized gatherings, and a spacious outdoor area. Nestled in the cool shade of tall trees in the Vitosha Mountains, Kuker Hut is the perfect place to bring together artists, creatives, and nature lovers.

Located just 20 km from the centre of Sofia, near the popular hiking route Zlatnite Mostove (The Golden Bridges), it offers an escape where nature, tradition, and design intertwine.

The design approach emphasizes harmony between architecture and nature. Contemporary elements are blended with original features, such as restored furniture pieces that retain their vintage charm. Authentic kuker artefacts, masks, and costumes bring Bulgarian folklore into the interior, turning the hut into a living tribute to tradition.

Each of the ten unique apartments tells its own story, evoking a fairytale-like atmosphere. Bedroom murals created by students from the National Academy of Arts in Sofia add a distinctive artistic layer. The first apartment serves as a multifunctional space for yoga, pilates, meditation, and creative workshops.
