Frequently Asked Questions

In this section, you’ll find detailed answers to the most important questions related to the interior design and implementation process.
We explain each phase of the work — from the initial brief and concept design to technical documentation, budgeting, and full project execution.

We also clarify what’s included in design management, how it differs from construction supervision, and what timelines and budget ranges to expect when creating a high-quality interior.

What does the design process include?

It is divided into two main stages – project development (including design and technical documentation) and project implementation.

The design phase consists of four stages: Pre-Design, Concept Design, Technical Design, and Budgeting.

During implementation, you can rely on design management, which includes author’s supervision, coordination of product deliveries, timeline monitoring, and readiness to provide solutions or suggestions for any on-site issues related to design and aesthetics. It also involves aligning builders and furniture makers with the project vision.

What do the four stages of the design phase include?

Pre-Design: a stage for refining the brief with the client, getting to know their needs, and defining the style and direction of the project

Concept Design: approved layout and 3D visualisations

Detailed Technical Documentation and Bill of Quantities

Budgeting: based on comparative quotes and appropriate optimisations

How Do We Work?

We focus on end-to-end projects — from concept to completion — with no compromise on quality and a strong emphasis on each client’s individual needs.
We collaborate with trusted contractors for construction works and furniture manufacturers known for their proven quality and customer care.

What is the difference between design supervision, project management, and investor’s control?

Interior project management is focused on overseeing the quality and proper execution of the design on site.
It is not the same as technical construction supervision, which is part of the construction process and must be carried out by a certified site manager or engineer.

How long does the design process take?

Depending on the scale of the project, it typically takes between 3 and 6 months.

How long does the full turnkey project implementation take?

This depends on the client’s readiness to make decisions, as well as the scale of the project. On average, after the design phase is completed and the budget is approved, implementation takes between 7 and 12 months.
