The “Kiparisi” residential complex is located in the Malinova Dolina area of Sofia. It consists of four row houses nestled in greenery and surrounded by mature trees that have been carefully preserved and integrated into the architectural plan. With three above-ground levels and a total built-up area of 1000 sq.m., the homes also feature stunning green gardens. The core concept behind this multi-unit complex is a seamless connection with nature—an idea carried through every architectural and design detail.

The plot is encircled by a group of cypress trees, which inspired the project’s name. These trees are over a hundred years old and are a protected species. Their root systems play a critical role in the land’s natural drainage. Precision in detail execution is a top priority; for this reason, the entryways feature glazed curtain walls, ensuring excellent lighting for both the entrance and the upper levels.

The materials used include high-quality Belgian cladding, anthracite powder-coated sheet metal, premium silicate plaster, and large-format porcelain tiles that mimic exposed concrete. Additional greenery has been integrated into the terraces to enhance the overall landscape. Pergolas placed on the terraces contribute to the architectural character of the buildings, playing with light and shadow. Glass railings provide an uninterrupted visual connection with the surrounding environment. Corner windows prioritize the beautiful views of the city and the landscaped gardens. Each unit includes two outdoor parking spaces, a smart home system, and fingerprint access control.
