Modern Architectural Project

Project Type: Single-Family House
Year: 2018

380

This single-family house, with a total area exceeding 380 sq.m., is a modern architectural design with a subtle classical touch.
The ground floor, measuring 150 sq.m., is entirely designated for a restaurant that is part of the family business.

The decorative window profiles reflect the deliberate contrast with the natural and classical materials used on this level—such as the stone plinth and brickwork.

The residential portion features open, shared spaces with a large internal gallery. The highest part of the ceiling reaches up to 5 meters. The terrace with wooden decking acts as a natural extension of the interior to the outdoors.

Again, the design highlights a blend of classic and contemporary styles—glass railings bring in a modern flair, while the ornate wrought iron railings embody a classical richness.

The roof is constructed from black sheet metal with a matte finish, which pairs beautifully with the natural look of the decorative brickwork.

I really like how the house combines classic and modern features. It’s spacious and comfortable, and the terrace is a great place to relax. Working with the team was enjoyable, and the final result exceeded our expectations.
