We will introduce you to an interesting trend in carpets, namely – laying them on top of each other! The idea is to lay a carpet underneath, for example, with a base of jute or other natural fibers in a natural color, and on top of it – a completely different textile carpet. You will see for yourself that this manner definitely gives a designer look to the space and it acquires additional depth and texture.

When layering carpets in one room, you can put a traditional Persian carpet as a base, and even lay leather on top. Another interesting combination is a beautiful Moroccan rug laid on a rug of jute or sisal in natural color. Providing the neutral base emphasizes and allows for the formation of a more complex top layer of carpets.

And although the numerous carpets sound eclectic and even bohemian, we think it is better to stick to the option with a maximum of two carpets on top of each other.
