This custom concept for a modern ground-floor apartment in a gated residential complex in Sofia showcases refined taste in selected materials, stylish functionality, and a subtle nod to scenographic sensibility through its contemporary lighting design.

The apartment includes two separate rooms—a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a study—alongside a unified living area, all within a total space of 120 sq.m. The interior invites family gatherings and a friendly atmosphere, enhanced by the expansive open-plan living room with ceilings nearly 3 meters high. On one side, the space flows openly into the kitchen and well-defined entrance hall; on the other, it effortlessly merges with the outdoor area through large sliding glass doors.

The veranda and small garden become a natural extension of the home. In addition to the tangible connection to the ground and direct access to the greenery, the bond with nature is reinforced by the prominent use of wood—in wall paneling, oak flooring, and built-in furniture throughout the interior.

Noble materials play a significant role in the overall design composition. Marble is incorporated both as wall cladding and, more prominently, as flooring in most of the apartment. Various metallic finishes—copper, gold, and matte—add decorative and furnishing details, enhancing the elegant ambiance.
