RD-2 is a residential project located in one of the newest gated communities. Completed in June 2020, the apartment spans a total area of 120 sq.m.
Highly stylish, the interior intertwines shades of brown and grey—through the combination of leather and textiles, as well as wood and granite tiles resembling mosaic. White acts as a strong contrast, bringing light and freshness, while turquoise and rose gold serve as accent colors.
Smooth and reflective surfaces visually expand the space, while marble takes center stage as a wall feature in the bedroom and living room, almost replacing traditional artwork.
The design of the two bathrooms reveals a masculine strictness and refined taste, while the study conveys gentleness and noble character.
The interior of RD-2 received a 5-star award for Best Residential Interior in Bulgaria at the International Property Awards in the Show Home category.
