PARIS is the last completed interior project of ATG Design. Stunningly sophisticated and chic, the apartment impresses with spacious rooms, beautiful wall cladding, Italian furniture and unique custom design.
The first step in developing the concept was for the studio to rethink the planning of the space and its function. A given were large terraces from one end to the other of the apartment. In order to create a bright and spacious space, it was important to integrate the terraces and include them in the room layout.
Thus, we shaped the living room as a large and shared place for the whole family with panoramic windows. The entrance hall is open to the living room with an airy rack, allowing daylight to penetrate to the entrance.
A combination of living room, dining room and kitchen, the room combines all functionalities through finely planned divisions that delimit the individual corners of the room, but also remain open to each other.
The kitchen is located directly next to the dining table, closing elegantly with sliding smoky doors that hide in the walls when opened. In this way, the kitchen area can be easily insulated when needed, but also not visually separated from the rest.
The color scheme in the main room is based on light tones, with the accent being blue in different shades and copper, which gives shine. Interesting wall cladding alternates vertical MDF boards in white with mirrored surfaces that reflect light in an interesting way and bring an additional sense of shine.
Bedroom of dreams
The master bedroom also underwent a change in the redistribution of the premises in the preliminary plan. Moving the door to the room is key to creating a spacious wardrobe so that parents can use a wide space to the bedroom itself to store their clothes with a very elegant design. The wardrobe is separated by a sliding door that integrates MDF panels with diagonal openings, which are characteristic of the design of the room and can also be seen in the large bathroom.
A chic element is the large oval mirror at the entrance to the wardrobe, which has a golden-copper frame, and on the back there is wallpaper that makes a connection to the wall behind the bedroom. And here wall cladding is the key to creating coziness in the room, again alternating mirrors are noticeable, but this time with wallpaper made of natural textile fibers.
The dressing table in the room has a clean and elegant design, turning it into a dream come true for every lady. The copper glare that is noticeable on the lighting fixtures and the metal frame of the chair are accentuated.
The personalized design of the library in the bedroom is in tune with the overall concept of the room with the diagonal slots through which the skyrite LED lights gently illuminate.
